Does the device come witha driver disk. If so run install from there
Which device you want to add?

1) make a scan with http://driveragent.com/scan_b.php?fn=plugin
2) after this a “DriverAgent Scan Results” will display
3) Copy the “DriverAgent Scan Results” link (URL) and post it here
4) after i can also post the driver link!

Thanks for responding.

I would like to add a Loopback adaptor.

hopeleonie, I don't usually like to install agents on my PC. Is       DriverAgent safe?

Cheers
I don't understand why Windows is unable to find any devices in the first place.....
hopeleonie, I particularly don't like the statement ...... Suggests to me the company is going to install a load of crap on my PC!

By downloading this software you agree to the DriverAgent End User License Agreement.
I assume this is a USB device.  You may want to try installing a chipset driver from your motherboard manufacturer.  If this is a brand PC (Dell, HP, ect) you can most likely download it from the manufacturer's website.

Thanks for responding.

I simply need to install a Loopback adaptor which is software based and available on all Windows OS. I just don't understand why I can't see ANY devices.....
When I try and add a device I should simply see the following .... but it stays stuck trying to find devices...

DriverAgent scan will just install a Plug-In. This is safe and we install this for thousands of our clients (corporate customers) since years. I understand that you're afraid. After you can safely uninstall it, if you want.
DriverAgent belongs to Phoenix Technologies.
You've tried these steps
