Sample data
Id   Name     Results
1    A1         Pass
2    A1         Fail
3    A1         Fail
4    B1         Pass
5    B1         Fail
6    B1         Pass
7    C1         Pass
8    C1         Fail
9    C1         Fail

In the above table how can I run a query that would return the following:
Name    Fails   Passes
A1           2          1
B1           1          2
C1           2          1

Been trying to work out for a while .. any help appreciated.
