Exchange 2007 and multiple domains
I'm preparing to install Exchange 2007 onto Windows 2008 R2 in a domain with 2 @ Windows 2003 R2 DC's.
They have never had an exchange server before and their domain on the controllers is
abc.local
Now we are a multiple domain company.
1. acd.com
2. def.com
3. ghi.com
4. jkl.com
5. mno.com
all of the users are in the abc.local domain and in AD they each have a different folder.
AD folders
acd
def
ghi
jkl
mno
The users are listed under there per company name.
the acb.local is not routable and do not have any DNS registered for it.
do i need to be concerned about the abc.local domain configuration setting up exchange 2007 to handle the 5 routable DNS registered domains?
