Using Access/Outlook 2007, my objective is to send emails to specific individuals based of the Access 2007 output table called “Example”. Inside the table, I’d like to group together all of the line items from the same individuals, (“Oppty_Primary_Name”), column; some will be single line items, while others will be multiple.
For example, Alex Green has two line items, I’d like to send one email to Alex Green with the two line items via Outlook with all of the columns, (except the “Email Address”), showing on the email.
On the email it will say the following lines, except the NOTE, as indicated between the two lines below:
(NOTE: It reads the first name of the person in the “Oppty Primary Name” column from the “Example” access table)
The following leads have not been updated for at least 10 days. Please go into Base an update the lead status, if you are no longer working this lead, please close it out.

Please include the 4 lines items above beginning with David Allan etc. on the email.
That’s basically it as an output. The “Example” table will eventually get bigger and bigger.
I would like to have as much as possible residing in Access where the emails get initiated.
If threre are any questions, please let me know.
