connecting to a database using dbExpress
I'm trying to connect to a sql server database using dbExpress but when I test the connection I get:
Borland.Data.TDBXError: SQL State: HYT00, SQL Error Code: 0
Login timeout expired
SQL State: 08001, SQL Error Code: 53
A network-related or instance-specific error has occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. Server is not found or not accessible. Check if instance
I'm using windows7 32-bit, with sql server 2005
