Filezilla - Issue with SFTP connection
Using filezilla, SFTP connection is configured with the below details.
Host=----
Port=-------
Protocol=SFTP
LogonType=Normal
User=------
While attempting to make the connection, getting the below issue
Error: Authentication failed.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server.
Does any parameter missing in the configuration? Else what is the reason behind the issue?

Is the server setup for SFTP? Try connecting with another proptocol like Passive.

Yes. The server is set up for SFTP.
Moreover, we have only two protocols FTP and SFTP; out of which we need SFTP. Do you mean the transfer mode as "passive". It is currently "default".

You're sure it's not ftps and not sftp ? sftp is via SSH and not using tls. Try ftp and the 2 versions of ftp/tls (explicit) or implicit
