Moreover, we have only two protocols FTP and SFTP; out of which we need SFTP. Do you mean the transfer mode as &quot;passive&quot;. It is currently &quot;default&quot;.

You're sure it's not ftps and not sftp ? sftp is via SSH and not using tls. &nbsp;Try ftp and the 2 versions of ftp/tls (explicit) or implicit
