Reply arrow icon missing after replying to an email

We are running Exchange 2003 and Office 2010, Windows 7 Enterprise. We have a mix of 32 and 64 Bit machines. When you reply to or forward an email in Outlook, the arrows are no longer appearing showing that you replied to the email. We then have to search our sent items to see if we forwarded or replied to a message. Looked for resolutions online but havent found a good answer yet. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Thanks!

I tried this and I got this error:

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using.

The Icon column is there as well.

Whats next?

Thanks!
Did you get this issue resolved?

If nyou got the following:
Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using.

This means the command line was used incorrectly

Start>Run>Outlook.exe /cleanviews

make sure there is a single space between outlook.exe  and  /cleanviews
