troubleshooting Question

Lync client cannot talk to Federated users

Hi all,

I have one user on our network that cannot IM users on Lync 2010 federation. Turning on logging from the client we recieve this error:

A SIP request made by Communicator failed in an unexpected manner (status code 80ee000c). More information is contained in the following technical data:

 If this error continues to occur, please contact your network administrator. The network administrator can use a tool like winerror.exe from the Windows Resource Kit or lcserror.exe from the Office Communications Server Resource Kit in order to interpret any error codes listed above.

Any ideas? We are at a complete loss. Some users can connect and federate with this same domain almost issue free.
