Is there a way to use two different smartphones with one Exchange mailbox?
Hello,
I need to allow two users access to one exchange 2007 mailbox and calendar with two mobile phones, both phones need to be able to view and update the calendar. I know this is not possible with Blackberry Enterprise Server Express or even the full version as only one Blackberry smartphone can be synced with one user at a time.
Does anyone know if two Windows Phone 7 phones can do this and both view and update the same mailbox and calendar using activesync?
Would two WP7 Phones see and be able to update a public folder calendar within exchange? Blackberry’s can’t see Public calendars, only public contacts.
Would it be possible to sync one Blackberry and one WP7 phone to one exchange mailbox and calendar at the same time?
Does anyone know of any other ways to successfully do this, preferably using SBS 2008.
I look forward to your thoughts.
Thank You

Iphones sync Mail, Contacts and Calendar natively and finally with iOS5,Tasks too.
OWA can be used by many users too. They are just a way to view / update the information on the Exchange Store for that user - so you could have 1,000 users accessing the same mailbox via OWA or with iPhones etc and they would all see the same information.
Owa shows mail, contacts, calendar and tasks too.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed :)
I will look into iPhones and try it out in the morning, I'll share out the points as it seem unfair to leave anyone out.
Thanks again

iPhone is definately the stable option if you have the budget.
One other point. I have occasionally noticed that if you completely delete an item in outlook, that this is Not deleted on the iphone. I think it's because if it doesn't exist the iPhone doesn't then know to delete it. It should of course!!!
The workaround is to leave things in your outlook deleted items at least until the iPhones have had chance to sync. So emptying deleted items about once a week seems to work better.
Otherwise it's very reliable as described above
Blackberry is pretty poor option as BIS service can inly work with Outlook web access and only synch email. Not calendar an contacts. BES adds extra expense so not really viable for just two users.

Thanks for the comments.
I thought iPhones could only sync with the email folders and not the calendar without clunky work arounds. I may be mistaken, I haven't used iPhones with exchange.
Does OWA and iPhone allow for both users to view and update calendars?
Thanks
