Disable user from wiping smartphones or devices in Exchange - two related questions in one
We have exchange 2010 and allow users to setup personel devices for sync but was wondering if we could disable the ability for them to wipe thier systems by mistake?
I would prefer if the users would submit a request and after approval have it wiped, I think we might find users by mistake wiping their personl systems.
Also, along those lines when a user leaves the company can we have the user simply remove the settings on their device remotley without wiping or factory settign the smartdevice? I do not want complaints that when they leave that we wiped their system or concerns the company may have data still on the smartdevice?
Thanks
