Hi All,

I have a requirement to reserve a printer tray for printing out A4 cheque's which are pre-printed with the company logo etc..

The printer I would like to do this on is a Ricoh Aficio MP C3501.

This printer has 4 trays. Tray 4 is currently loaded with Yellow paper for Faxes.

I would like to load up Tray 3 with pre-printed A4 Cheque's.

How do I best go about limiting others from ever printing anything from Tray 3?

Looking at the Print Server's Printer Properties, the Input Tray shows the following available:
Auto Tray Select
Tray 1
Tray 2
Bypass Tray

I need to add Tray 3 to the "available" tray's (I believe) so that the Cheque printing application running on the Print Server is able to print to tray 3, but I don't want the users being able to.

Anyone know whether this is in fact possible?

Cheers,
Vasko
