Need Formula to find count using multiple criteria - Excel 2010

I have a report of file modification, which shows the file name, modified date and the user name.

I am trying to find a formula which gives me the count against each user for the number of documents which are not updated by them since last three days.

Thanks to all for the responses, I tried the formulas but it’s not working for me. May be I am doing it wrong. I have attached the sample file for your reference. Could you please apply the formula and send it back to me.

PS : I don’t want to use any additional columns or pivot table. I am looking for the formula to calculate the count.
