The client should be added to the domain (become a domain member). Which Windows 7 version is running on the affected client? (Professional, Premium, etc.)

when I set the IP settings on automatic it changes the location to domain but I have to set these setting manual because the client must have a static IP address.  Is there an other way to do this?
