troubleshooting Question

FTP "CLOSE_WAIT"

We have an old vax 4000 DEC server that we FTP to from a Windows Server to upload some files. Lately the connection has not been working. When I look at the Vax and do a "MULTINET SHOW" I see this:

I am not to familiar with VMS and Multinet. I was wonfering if this means anything to anyone?
