Need to gather data on all files that have not been opened/accessed before a certain date

Hi,
We have a large folder with loads of other folders inside, all containing many many files. We need to tidy it all up by removing files that are not being accessed anymore.

I understand we can see this info by right clicking the files and going into properties but there are too many to go through individually.
