Domain controller is not Available

I just changed the old passwords for all my PC's in my SBS 2003 network. For one of the troubled PC's whenever i log in using the new password I get the following error ." Te system could not log you on make sure the user name and domain are correct". All this information is correct, however it will not allow me to log in using the new password.

I can log into the PC using the old password. When I try to change it from the user account I get the following: "Domain is not available"

Thanks in advance.

I'd make sure you have the correct DNS settings on that system...  Usually when you recieve the error of "Domain not available/found" it can't find the domain controller.  Being you can use the old password, I'm think maybe it is just using the cached credentials on the local pc.

If you can ping the domain then you can see it try logging in locally and removing it from the domain and re adding it.
if you can login with the cached credentials do an ipconfig /renew and then ipconfig, if the info looks ok do ipconfig /registerdns to manually updated DNS records, log off and back on. If DNS registered correctly you should be able to log on.

You can ping the server correct, you either don't have network or DNS is not working correctly.

OK I logged in with my admin account under the company domain and I was able to log in just fine. I then removed the PC from the domain and added it to a work group. I then restarted the PC logged in local and changed the workgroup back to the company domain with no issues. I then rebooted and logged in with my normal user account ( not the admin) and it still gave the same issues???
OK In response to the suggestions below. If I log in as the admin account under the network I can ping the server and see everything just fine.

After my above step or setting it to the workgroup and then back to the company domain I can;t log on with the using the old password.
