Exchange 2010 find and copy all emails from @example.com to a mailbox

So I have gotten a lovely request from the President of our company.  He has asked that I find and copy every email from a specific domain, say @example.com, to a mailbox or public folder for him to review.  Emails from this domain have gone to hundreds of mailboxes within our company and I do not know everyone that has received a message from this domain.  Is there a way to do this? Maybe through a shell command?

Thanks for the start.  I really hate the Microsoft Technet support pages but after reading through that and doing a little research I found http://exchangeinbox.com/article.aspx?i=148 which showed me exact steps for setting up what you had suggested.  Thanks again!
