I had the same problem when I used active-x list box (and combo box) on worksheet. The only solution worked for me was to replace it with form controls.

I have read different posts on shrinking list boxes, but cannot get to work.<br />

I have a listbox1 one on a Worksheet (not user form) that shrinks when workbook is opened. &nbsp;Is there a way to set it so that it will not change size?<br />
