Disc-2-Disc-2-Cloud (D2D2C) backup solution

Hi All. I am looking for a solid D2D2C solution. I would like the ability to backup locally to disc (third party appliance or something), have that appliance be able to send the data in block level incremental backups to the cloud for offsite storage. Also, would be nice if the unit/solution could perform an instant online type virtualization of the backup locally to give business continuity. I have looked at a bunch of different options but there doesn't seem to be one that does it all. Any suggestions?

Interesting but I am looking for a complete solution, not just for VMs.

You can perform disk to disk imaging technique and upload the image to a local NAS and the use any known sync software to upload the image to a cloud storage or define the backup location in the cloud storage to be backed up
Thus all the images from the NAS will be uploaded to your cloud
