I don't anything about XenDesktops or Xenservers and CAG, I am looking into a problem at our client. Who can't access XP Desktop via access gateway portal. I believe it is software access gateway. He logs into the portal and he can see the Desktop icons (icon look like LCD screens). When he click on that Shared XP desktop icon he get following error
Cannot connect to the Citrix XenApp server. SSL
Error 37: The proxy could not connect to
;10;STA638513607;28DD04E217607BAA2B4FF6FB82B235 port 1494.
I don't know anything about their setup. Can someone explain? Also when I place mouse on the icon there is link underneath which say "error connecting" and when I click on that link it prompt me that "Do you want to restart XP shared Desktop" I am not sure even I restart will this effect anyone else on the network or just one user?
Someone told me that above error could be due to license. But i have no idea what kind of setup they have. If this is Xen server. How can i check that XP shared desktop is fine?
Also please tell me how can I connect to the Xenserver to administer?
