This is not so much a question as an appeal for advice. &nbsp;I am to migrate the company Exchange 2003 server to the latest 2010 version. &nbsp;I have been looking for good articles or even better a good book to read on the migration process that takes you through it step by step but not found anything.<br />

I have done the usual Google searching but nothing good turned up. &nbsp;I would esepcially like to hear from anyone else that has carried out this migration and has any tips or warnings? &nbsp;For hardware I was thinking an HP Proliant DL380 G7 (Must be HP). &nbsp;How did people find the migration? &nbsp;Very complex? Easy? A smooth process or a nightmare? &nbsp;Would love to hear your views.
