We had our exchange server go down yesterday and lost a lot of incoming email.  I'm looking for a solution in case this happens again.  It was suggested to me to switch to Google Apps.  I'd like some EE opinions.

Also what other alternatives can I persue to not lose email in the event our server goes down.  I'm aware of Mimecast.
