HP Z210 Workstation with Add-in RAID Card

I have a HP Z210 workstation that we've added an Intel RAID card (model RS25DB080) to.  System boots fine no post errors and we see the BIOS from the RAID card and that it sees all 3 drives we have connected to it.  However when we hit CTRL+G to enter the BIOS for the Intel RAID card it recognizes the key stroke as the message changes to "will enter BIOS when post completes" but it nevers enters the BIOS it moves right along to attempting to load the OS.

Looking for some ideas, we've disabled the onboard RAID controller and set it to do a full boot so we could catch any error messages but we aren't seeing any at all.

I've requested that this question be deleted for the following reason:

Gave up on finding a solution and returned product.
That was my recommendation if you couldn't get into the BIOS.
