Excel report loop formatting

Hello Experts, I really need some urgent help on this problem that I have.

I need to use the data (differing number of rows) in a worksheet to populate a formatted section on another sheet. So probably need to loop through the data and add the formatted section.

Probably easier to explain by looking at the attached workbook
