Ok, what about creating a new profile?
INstalled Office 2010 Service Pack 1 yet?
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2460049
My gut feeling here though is that it is caused by an Add In
For a Comprehensive wayt o troubleshoot this
Go to Regedit location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAR E\Microsof t\Office\O utlook\Add ins
Note all the current add ins and their load behavior
Then set all the load behaviors to 0
Once done, open outlook and test
Does the error go away?
If it does we klnow its one of these adding
Close outlook, go back to registry
Re-enable on of the add-ins back to their orignal load behavior
Open outlook and test
Is it still okay?
If so repeat the above, until you find the add-in causing the issue
