I have a Power Point 2010 file that I uploaded to our web server. When I tried to download the file from Windows 7, it is downloaded as a pptx file but if I download it from Windows XP, it is downloaded as a zip file and when I extracted it, the folder does not show the presentation. I do not understand why this is happening. Is there anything special that I have to do  so that the file is not downloaded in the zip file on Windows XP?

Can you rename the ZIP file to .pptx and try to open the PowerPoint?
