VoIP Cisco Unified CM Administration International Calls

Hello Guys, I have this problem when I set a an extension to have a router partition of "international" We get a fast busy,  I performed a debug ISDN q931 and I am able to see the call going out...

My provider is seeing an extra 1 added to the international call, Is there a way or how do I remove the automatic addition of the 1

so I dial 9 then type 011-571-481-XXXX
but 1 011-571-481-XXX is being dialed

There are lots of places were this 1 could be appearing. Best way to troubleshoot the callmanager is the following:

Go to http://cm-ip/dna
Select Analysis > Phone > select an ip phone that needs this call working > fill in the dialed number as you would dial from the keypad > click to generate the analysis
Here you will see the entire call routing, and at which point the 9 is removed and the 1 is added

Finally, is the end device a H.323 gateway?

the configuration for the md-longdistance doesnt have any route filters...

All of the other patters for local calls all have a filter...

The difference I see is that the LD route patter has Prefix Digits (Outgoing Calls) = 1
you are getting confused my man. I didn't mention Route Filters. Could you please check Route Pattern = 9.@ in partition md-longdistance, and scroll down to the called party transformation section. take a screenshot of it if you can. That is where you will see the instruction to discard the 9 and prefix the 1.

looks like I am matching the Pattern for LD, I need to figure out how to make it match the Pattern for International
Oh I get you now. If you go list the Route Filters, do you see one for long distance calls? You may add one that will filter out the international access code 011

OK, I'm very confused the LD Partition is not pointing to a filter, however there is a filter for LD

The International Partition points to an International Filter, but it doesn't make much sense.

Attached a couple screen shots.... (thanks for all your time)

So if I'm understanding you correctly, I have to go it to the LD filter and BLOCK international or 011 . Will that allow it to then match the International filter?
Not sure! I can't tell because all I am seeing are descriptions, and the descriptions may not match the content!

Nevertheless, try adding the Route Filter to the LD Route Pattern. This should at least block your calls from hitting it. Afterward, trying a DNA analysis to understand the new call flow.

OK, ill have to try this after hours. I cant afford breaking all of the other users... Ill try a few things and let you know what comes... Thanks!
Sure thing.
