How can I write a multi substitute formula in a macro?

I'm trying write a macro that uses multiple substitute formula in a macro.
I can write the formula in several cells that will create a solution but I would prefer to have a macro that can do the same result without using cells.
I have attached the structure that works all I need is a macro that does the same process.
Can someone help?
