Sonicwall NSA 3500 Firewall Settings for Dual E-mail Servers

Have my Sonicwall NSA 3500 setup by wizard the firewall and NAT policies and necessary services (IMAP4, SMTP) all setup by using the Wizard.  We are introducing a 2nd e-mail server into our environment that will need to have the necessary rules to mimic the sending and receiving of e-mails and as well as internal communication. Will the Sonciwall allow me to create a 2nd rule by wizard for this 2nd e-mail server, and essentially allow IMAP4 and SMTP traffic to and from both of these servers simultaneously? Or is this going to be more involved, and manual configutation will be required?

thank you in advance.

Just create a new address object for the additional server and add it to the existing rules.  You could create an additional object group as well.  That will allow the traffic (services) to travel to and from the servers.  Of course, it doesn't guarantee that a particular email is going to a particular server.
If you have multiple Public IP address you can NAT them to different servers if you are looking to have secondary MX record.

ASKER

Exchange 2003 currently.  Installing Exchange 2010 to eventually move over to full Exchange 2010 environment after all mailboxes have been moved over. So it will be Co-Existing.

One ISP. One IP address, we use NAT for all our services.

We use DYNDNS for our DNS Zone Level provider and services (since we freqently switch ISP providers or have IP address changes).
