Certificate Authority

HI Please help,

I transitioned from sbs to win 2k8 r2 standard - the cert authority had certificates in and i thought i backed them up and restored them to new server but it now shows blank and on server reboot i get following error: I have already decomissioned sbs 2008 server :-(

Description:
The "Windows default" Policy Module "Initialize" method returned an error. The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted. The returned status code is 0x8007054b (1355).  The Active Directory containing the Certification Authority could not be contacted.
