troubleshooting Question

Exchange seems to going offline every night

Hi Guys,

I seem to be having an issue with exchange, i have updated to sp3 but it goes offline every night at about 12am, if i reboot it its fine.

There isnt a space issue theres 136 gb free on the drive.
