Exchange 2003 Log Files

Hi, we currently have Exchange 2003 running on Server 2003 with a C Drive partition of 12GB. We are slowly running out of space on the C Drive. I am currently looking at ways of freeing up space on the C Drive. I have notice that we have a number of log files dating back to July 09 in the following location - C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\EXCHANGE.log. These files are listed as follows - 20090717.log and so on. Is it ok to remove these log files and if so, what is the correct way to do so. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I wouldnt remove them as such. We run a backup on the log files and then purge once it has completed. Nothing lost. Also take a look at this article it will help you
