We just upgraded the internet at our church, and we we now have 50 Mbps down, and 10Mpbs up. We need to find a solution (open source preferred) to stream the service to another location.

The requirements are:

1. Record the service while we stream it.
2. Stop / Start / Seek the stream on the remote end (we will have to queue it up).

Ideally, this needs to run Linux and other open source platforms. But, an open source Windows version will do as well.

I am open to suggestions.

PS. I should also probably add, the input is a professional Canon HDV camera.
