Outlook Calendar Location Dropdown
We have an issue with Outlook Calendar Location History. When people use this dropdown for location it is not scheduling the rooms and people think that they have reserved a room and find out on the day that someone else has it
If people pick from the Rooms button everything works fine
So
Is there a way to keep people from having the ability to have the location history
I found this and I can clear it on login to pc with policy but looking for a more permanent fix
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Softwar e\Microsof t\Office\1 4.0\Outloo k\Preferen ces]
"LocationMRU"=-
Outlook will recreate this first time they put in a location
Any help would be great

Both will work.
In GPP you can select the LocationMRU value and select to Delete the key.

If you want I can upload some screenshots how to configure it with GPP.
