I need a reference for the steps involved to convert a 6.5 database to 2005 64-bit without upgrading the MSSQL server version.  The purpose of this is to take database data from the legacy model to a 64-bit database for raw data that will ultimately be converted into Oracle by our contractors.  Any help with this would be appreciated.

I have a clean Win 2000 Adv Server with MSSQL 6.5 and a Windows 2003 Server with MSSQL 2005 loaded to accomplish this. I also have all of the OS and MSSQL version resources available and a VMware infrastructure to build as many environments necessary to accomplish this.
