I am trying to troubleshoot a possible email address format problem on a user's Outlook 2010, and I am asked to verify if the &quot;Internet Type&quot; of the stored email address in the Contact is of type &quot;SMTP&quot; and not &quot;Mailto:&quot;. <br />

But I can't find where in Outlook to verify this. User is using Outlook 2010 connected to an Exchange 2003 server.<br />
