I'm hoping I have a simple question here. We've recently transitioned over to Exchange 2010. I'm noticing (on my mailbox at least), that items are leaving/archiving/deleting from my Deleted Items and Sent Items folders.
I'm trying to figure out why. Auto archive settings are not configured, and on the EMC, I have set up some test Retention policies, but have not assigned any mailboxes to them.
FYI, I did set up a test Calendar clean up policy using the New-ManagedContentSettings / New-ManagedFolder / New-ManagedFolderMailboxPolicy ... but I just verified that it is only touching the Calendar folder.
Is there anything else I'm missing where something can be configured?
