Just wondering if there's a rule or setting that can be applied when users are reserving resources (Rooms) in our organization. It would be nice to give a warning/error stating that the appointment cannot be booked due to previous reservation. What is happening, rooms are getting double booked when employees schedule a meeting or training exercise that can run several days. Currently, there's a note in italics that says, "Conflicts with another appointment". Is there a quick fix for this? The Rooms are set up in Exchange as a Shared Calendar.
