We are using Dreamweaver version 4.x. on Windows 7  I have a Site set up and it automatically starts up in 'Local View'  Is there a way to have this start up in 'Remote View'?  I can't see a setting for it and nothing I can find using Google.  So im thinking not but it never hurts to ask.

Thanks

I'm using CS4, and for me he is reminding the last state. Hoe doesn't connect, but he stay on Remote.

Why don't you use ftp-site?

It will remember state but if you leave in Local View it will come back in Local View.  There 's no setting to make it default and never has been.
