First question, is there a way to open an excel file and have it auto save to someone's file folder with out the user having to do so?
Second, (need to be creative with this one) is there a way when multiple people open an Excel spreadsheet to give it a unique ID so that it can be inserted into multiple MSAccess tables? Can't be autonumber because different people may open the spreadsheet at the same time. But because spreadsheet is going into MSAccess and in multiple tables I need a primary key that is unique.
