Exchange 2010 move spam email to folder

I basically have the same issue described solved in

http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/Exchange/Q_25272867.html

I have a few additonal questions

I have a firewall that tags spam email with with the word "spam" and like the solution above I created a hub transport rule that tags the email with spam confidence level 9. Same as the solution in the link above but I am using Exchange 2010

Currently I have a rule set in everyones Outlook that was done with the GFI rule editor. I am moving from Exchange 2003 to 2010 so that does not apply anymore.

Because I dont want Outlook or Exchange doing any spam filtering I have setup a user GPO that blocks Outlook from doing spam checking.

GPO=
Microsoft Outlook 2010/Outlook Options/Preferences/Junk E-mail
Junk E-mail protection level Enabled
Select level: No Protection

Do I need to enable junk email protection in Outlook 2010? Basically remove my GPO?

How do I prevent Exchange from doing spam filtering besides just filtering for this hub transport rule?

Thank you for your help

Yep, I tested it this morning and it works. I didnt have to enable any spam filtering for the rules to work. I have junk mail protection disabled by GPO as I mentioned above and the redirect works.

Solution to the issue is provided by the link above.

Solution to my questions are answered. Thanks for your help.
