We have a client who recently parted on bad terms with their IT provider.  We got the job and now we are transitioning them to Hosted Exchange with Microsoft.  The issue is this, looking at their dns in, is managing the dns.  The other IT people who left claim they do not have the information and it is missing, is there anyway to retrieve this information without the firm losing their access to the emails.  Don't know if there is really any other way to handle this.

”The time we save is the biggest benefit of E-E to our team. What could take multiple guys 2 hours or more each to find is accessed in around 15 minutes on Experts Exchange.
