I'm new to SharePoint 2010 and I absolutely HATE the WIKI pages or at least trying to arrange web parts on them. No two pages look the same because SharePoint is constantly shifting the location of the webparts every time I try to edit the page. Then every time I try to move one around in its respective zone, it never goes in exactly the same space as any otherwise identical page with the same web parts!

I want some basic old-fashioned STANDARD WEB PART PAGES!!! However, every time I create a page in the site pages library, it creates a WIKI page with no option to create anything else. I turned off the "WIKI Home Page" feature for the site. Am I stuck with it now since it was created with the feature on?

How can I create basic web part pages in the site pages library??
