Moving Outlook 2010 Files from Windows XP Box to Windows 7 Box
I want to move my Outlook 2010 files from a Windows XP box to a Windows 7 box. Outlook uses three folders on XP:
My Documents\Outlook Files
Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
I have found three folders on Windows 7 after running a new installation of Outlook once but without configuring anything:
Documents\Outlook Files
App Data\Local\Microsoft\Outlo ok
App Data\Roaming\Microsoft\Out look
How do I map the Outlook files from the Windows XP box to the Windows 7 box?

To add the pst files in outlook 2010 ( add all the three files from your windows xp machine copied to this windows 7 machine )

That doesn't help much. I am running Outlook 2010. I know I have to copy the files. I want to know how to map the files from the Windows XP folders:
My Documents\Outlook Files
Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
to the Windows 7 folders:
Documents\Outlook Files
App Data\Local\Microsoft\Outlo ok
App Data\Roaming\Microsoft\Out look
I have some PST files but the main file is an OST file.
