command prompt not working with VS 2010

how can you open the visual studio command prompt?

@dotsandcom : Does something seem to execute in your command window when you open it?

Could it be your anti-virus that is reacting to what it sees as a potential treat. The command prompt opens through the execution of a .bat file and some anti-virus will prevent those from running because they can contain malicious scripts.

Try to remove VS 2010 and restart the computer

and reinstalled again
