Append data from a range to a table listobject using vba

Hi Team
I would like to Append a range to the bottom of a table a listobject in excel using
vba, for some reason my current code crashed when I was appending two different ranges to a  table giving me a runtime error 1004  "application defined or object defined error " pleas help . The underlined line is causing the error

Application.ScreenUpdating = False

    Set rData = Range("rnwin_retain")
    rData.Copy
