Can anyone here advise on what I can do to fix the CSS padding issues with my top navigation links when viewing my page in Opera?

http://virtuallitigationsupport.com/new/HTML_TEMPLATE/index.html

If you view the page in Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or IE, ... you'll see that the navigation links are displaying properly and consistently in each of them.

How can  I update my main CSS stylesheet so that my top navigation links display the same way in Opera as they do in all the other browsers?

Thanks in advance,
- Yvan

Is there any way to accomplish something similar using just CSS (without the need for javacript) ?
