SBS 2008 - Can I safely let "Fix my network" do its thing?
In SBS 2008, can I let the "Fix my network" wizard fix things automatically without worry? Here's what it has found:
1. "Could not configure the router." (It is already configured, and there are no issues.)
2. DHCP is not configured for IPv6
3. DNS is using a DNS Forwarder (it wants to use root hints)
4. "A Internet DNS record is missing", (It says an A-record for the server is missing. I see all kinds of A records in DNS. Let it fix anyway?)
5. A Networking component is not configured properly. (The help says, "TSGateway service is not configured to correctly use the SSL certiifcate configured within IIS." Let it fix?)
Opinions? Just let it fix automatically?

More specifically:
1. "Could not configure the router." (It is already configured, and there are no issues.)
This is normal it just means UPnP is disabled on the router so it cannot automatically configure. This is safer than enabling and you can manually configure the router
2. DHCP is not configured for IPv6
It should be unless you manually configured, or disabled IPv6. If you disabled IPv6 the wizard will not re-enable, you have to reverse what you did un network properties or registry. IPv6 MUST remain enabled on SBS or you will have all sorts of problems, even booting.
3. DNS is using a DNS Forwarder (it wants to use root hints)
That is fine, both root hints and forwarders work well. The default with SBS 2008/2011 is to use root hints and SBS 2003 is Forwarders

Fix my network wizard should fix this assuming you ran the Connect to the Internet wizard and configure your internet address wizard when you set the server up. If no, do so now.

This may be resolved but you may be better re-running the configure your internet address wizard.
