How to do an update to put the date one month considering other date - URGENT PLEASE!

I was testing a database in mysql and accidentally I updated all the expire dates for 6 months from now. Now I need the expire_date column to be one month from the date in the column time. However, the column time has the format that comes from the time() function in php.

How to do that using SQL in MySQL?
