Hello Experts,

When I setup the server I made the mistake of partitioning the C drive with 800gb and the D drive with 97gb.

I wiped out the D drive because it did not have anything on it.

I have spent some time setting the server up and would prefer not to reinstall but restore.

Will the "basic" backup work correctly if I perform a backup, reset the partions correctly and restore?

I did try to shrink the C partition but it wants to grab 400gb, I think 97gb is enough.

I am open to options but trying not to buy any fancy tools, etc...  I can always start over.
